1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to all 50 states in the USA. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are constantly expanding, and international shipping may become available in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Next Day Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1 business day
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address.
3. Processing Time
Order Processing:
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.Delays:
Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or shipping carrier issues. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding if these situations arise.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for most locations within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days for most locations.
- Next Day Shipping: Delivery 1 business day after shipping.
Please note that delivery times are estimated, and delays can occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes through Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Next Day Shipping are not available to P.O. Box addresses.
APO/FPO Addresses: We also ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) via Standard Shipping. Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than those to domestic addresses.
6. Order Tracking
