Refund and Returns Policy

At Runpariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure that your shopping experience with us is easy and hassle-free. Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.
1. Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Some exceptions may apply (see below).
Steps for Returns:
- Contact our customer support team at info@runpariz.com or call us at (352) 373-2198 to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the product, including the return address and any required forms.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as for returns and specify that you’d like to exchange your item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as Final Sale
If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page before you make a purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@runpariz.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item in your communication so we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be delays in processing refunds. If it has been more than 7 business days since you received the refund confirmation, please contact us at info@runpariz.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
7. International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns for orders within the United States. If you are an international customer, please ensure you are fully satisfied with your order before making a purchase, as we cannot offer international returns at this time.
